6 DOF rotational platform
A parallel-structure platform for rotation-led work — aircraft attitude adjustment and composite trajectories — with response delay under 5 ms and programmable wave and multi-axis linkage modes.
The 6 DOF rotational platform is the rotation specialist in the line. It adopts a parallel structure with servo motor (or hydraulic) drive, supporting repetitive positioning accuracy at the +/-0.1 micrometre level in translation (as published) and millisecond-level response, suited to precision operation and extreme dynamic simulation such as aircraft attitude adjustment. Programmable composite motion modes — wave trajectories, multi-axis linkage and similar profiles — combine with feedback sensors (encoders, IMU) in closed-loop control to keep composite motion stable.
The modular, high-load design supports customised load configuration up to 400 kg and is compatible with external modules such as integrated vibration tables and VR devices, so the platform can be the motion core of a larger rig rather than a standalone table.
Published specification: translation of +/-500 mm on a single axis and rotation of +/-30 degrees (pitch/yaw/roll); maximum load 400 kg hydraulic and 200 kg electric (customisable and expandable); control accuracy of +/-0.1 micrometre translation and +/-0.01 degree rotation with dynamic response delay under 5 ms; drive modes of electric servo (high precision), hydraulic (high load) and electromagnetic (high-frequency micro-vibration); and frequency ranges of 1 Hz–2,000 Hz (hydraulic) and 5 Hz–500 Hz (electric). Compare with the YT-6DOF if your work is payload-led rather than rotation-led.

What to confirm for your project
- These are the manufacturer's published figures for a precision-class platform — for metrology-critical purchases, agree the acceptance test method in the contract.
- Choose drive by duty: electric servo for precision work, hydraulic for the 400 kg class, electromagnetic for high-frequency micro-vibration.
- Ask about minimum order requirements and lead time for your proposed configuration, including any load expansion beyond the standard frames.
Buyer questions
How fast does it respond?
Published dynamic response delay is under 5 ms, the fastest in this platform line, with closed-loop control from encoder and IMU feedback.
What composite motions can it run?
Programmable composite modes such as wave trajectories and multi-axis linkage, across +/-500 mm translation and +/-30 degrees of rotation.
Can it carry a vibration table or VR rig?
Yes — the modular design is compatible with external modules such as integrated vibration tables and VR devices, with customised loads up to 400 kg.
