Vibration test table
A six-degree vibration test system that applies linear and rotational vibration together — sine, random and waveform-reproduction excitation from 1 Hz to 600 Hz and beyond.
The vibration test table synchronises three-axis linear vibration (up/down, left/right, front/back) with rotational vibration (pitch, yaw, roll) to simulate real working conditions such as rocket launches and vehicle bumps with high fidelity. It supports multiple excitation modes — sine wave, random vibration and waveform reproduction — covering wideband testing requirements across its published frequency ranges.
Modularity and scalability are built in: the table can integrate temperature and humidity environmental chambers or acoustic equipment to construct a multi-physics coupled testing system (for example temperature-vibration combined testing), so a specimen can be shaken in its real environment rather than at room conditions only.
The specification table is explicit about the two drive families. Translation range is XYZ +/-500 mm (linear vibration) with rotation of pitch/yaw/roll +/-30 degrees; maximum load is 400 kg for the hydraulic type and 200 kg for the electric type; frequency range is 1 Hz–600 Hz for the electromagnetic type and 2 Hz–2,000 Hz for the hydraulic type; acceleration range is 0–20 g (electromagnetic) with programmable shock waveforms such as half-wave and full-wave; control accuracy is +/-0.1 mm in translation and +/-0.05 degrees in rotation, with dynamic delay under 10 ms. For seismic-scale structures rather than components, the earthquake simulation platform is the 120-ton sibling.

What to confirm for your project
- Pick the drive family by frequency and load: electromagnetic for 1–600 Hz finesse, hydraulic for 400 kg loads and the 2–2,000 Hz band.
- Decide on coupled-environment options (temperature/humidity, acoustics) at order — they change the table configuration, not just the accessory list.
- Ask about minimum order requirements and lead time for your proposed configuration.
Buyer questions
What excitation modes are supported?
Sine wave, random vibration and waveform reproduction, with programmable shock waveforms such as half-wave and full-wave on the acceleration side.
How does it differ from the earthquake platform?
Scale and purpose: this table tests components and assemblies up to 400 kg across a wide frequency band; the earthquake platform shakes 120-ton structures in the 0.1–50 Hz seismic band.
Can it run combined environment tests?
Yes — it can integrate temperature and humidity environmental chambers or acoustic equipment to build a multi-physics coupled testing system.
