Racing simulator platform
A professional motion racing rig: 6-DOF Stewart platform with servo electric cylinder drive, triple 42-inch 4K screens, and a footprint under 2.5 square metres at 1.5 kW.
The racing simulator platform is built on a 6-degree-of-freedom Stewart platform that simulates sway, pitch and yaw with a dynamic response time of 10 ms or less and supports +/-5G acceleration feedback. It is driven by servo electric cylinders rather than hydraulics: the published comparison gives positioning accuracy of +/-0.1 mm, higher stability, and no risk of oil contamination — the practical reasons electric drive dominates professional racing rigs that live in clean indoor venues.
The display system is a 3-channel 42-inch LCD setup at 3,840 x 2,160 resolution, with a VR headset or a 180-degree surround screen projection as published options. Inputs are proper controls, not toys: a force-feedback steering wheel with 3.9 Nm torque output, a metal pedal assembly with pressure sensing at +/-1% error, and H-pattern or paddle shifting.
Software support covers mainstream racing titles — Assetto Corsa, iRacing and the F1 series are named in the specification — with plug-and-play compatibility across PC, Xbox and PlayStation, custom vehicle models and track editing, and a modular design that accepts force-feedback pedals, VR headsets and other external devices. Rated power is 1.5 kW and the compact design occupies 2.5 sqm or less, which is why this platform is the one entertainment venues and training centres can actually fit. For vehicle-dynamics work beyond entertainment, see the driving simulation platform.
Technical advantages on record
- High-simulation dynamic feedback — 6-DOF Stewart platform, <=10 ms response, +/-5G acceleration feedback, servo electric drive at +/-0.1 mm positioning.
- Multi-scenario compatibility — mainstream racing games, PC/Xbox/PlayStation plug and play.
- Modular expansion — force-feedback pedals, VR headsets and external devices on a modular frame.

What to confirm for your project
- Choose display configuration at order: triple-screen and VR versions drive different room layouts and per-seat costs.
- Confirm the game licences you intend to run commercially — platform compatibility is published, licence terms are the operator's responsibility.
- Ask about minimum order requirements and lead time for your proposed configuration.
Buyer questions
Electric or hydraulic drive — why does it matter?
This platform uses servo electric cylinders: the published figures are +/-0.1 mm positioning accuracy, response of 10 ms or less, and no oil contamination risk — the deciding factors for indoor commercial use.
How much space and power does one rig need?
The published compact design occupies 2.5 sqm or less with a rated power of 1.5 kW, so a row of rigs fits a normal commercial unit.
Which racing software does it support?
The specification names Assetto Corsa, iRacing and the F1 series, with custom vehicle models and track editing supported, across PC, Xbox and PlayStation.
